Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $5.99 USD applies to each order. Regular groceries (such as storage boxes, tableware, and stationery) have no extra charge. Special categories (such as large storage cabinets, fragile ceramic sets, and liquid cleaning agents) will incur an additional $2-6 USD reinforcement/compliance handling fee, clearly indicated on the product details page. The system will automatically add the fee when you place your order. Service Features: High cost-effectiveness, suitable for customers who don't have urgent delivery needs. Basic protective packaging (bubble wrap, cardboard box) is provided. Full logistics tracking is supported; the tracking number will be sent to your registered email address and account message after your order is shipped.

VIP Shipping: A flat fee of US$15.99 is charged per order, covering all categories of groceries (including large, fragile, and liquid items). No additional reinforcement/compliance fees are required, and priority delivery resources are arranged. Service features: Fast delivery and comprehensive protection, suitable for urgent needs (such as holiday decorations and kitchen emergency supplies). For fragile items (glassware and ceramic ornaments), customized shockproof packaging (custom foam molds + multi-layer bubble wrap) is used to reduce the risk of damage during transportation. International orders also offer a "prepaid customs duty" service, so you don't need to pay customs duties separately (already included in the shipping fee).

Free Shipping Policy: If the total amount of all items in the same order (after deducting coupons and discounts) reaches US$39.99 or more, the shipping fee for that order will be automatically waived, regardless of whether you choose standard shipping or VIP shipping. Applicable to all categories, including special categories (large, fragile, and liquid items), with no additional charges. Special Note: If an order contains multiple sub-orders (such as customized groceries and regular groceries shipped separately), only a single sub-order with a total payment of $39.99 or more will qualify for free shipping. Due to international logistics regulations and customs policies of various countries, some groceries are subject to shipping restrictions, as follows: Flammable and explosive items (such as aerosol air fresheners and alcohol-based cleaners), perishable items (such as fresh food without special packaging), controlled knives (such as sharp kitchen knives), and infringing goods (such as counterfeit branded cultural and creative products) are prohibited from being shipped. Orders of these items cannot be placed; if an order is mistakenly placed, it will be automatically cancelled and a full refund will be issued. The shipping of liquid items (such as bottled dishwashing liquid and skincare groceries) and battery-powered items (such as mini appliances with batteries) is restricted.
