Welcome to the online grocery shopping service provided by sporcos.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions form the core agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and the Platform regarding product transactions and service usage. They cover the entire process, including order management, payment rules, logistics and delivery, and after-sales support, while also specifying special provisions based on the characteristics of grocery categories (such as custom-made, fragile, and daily necessities). Please carefully read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions before registering an account, browsing products, or submitting an order. Your use of the Platform's services constitutes your acceptance of all the terms and conditions outlined herein.

User Eligibility: Natural persons aged 18 and above with full civil capacity, or legally registered enterprises, individual businesses, and other organizations, may register to use this platform's services. Users under the age of 18 must register under the supervision of their legal guardian and may only purchase non-dangerous, non-customized general merchandise. Guardians bear joint liability for the user's transactions. Users must provide true and accurate identity information (mobile phone number, email address) and shipping information during registration. Any changes to this information must be promptly updated in the "Personal Center." Users are solely responsible for any losses resulting from inaccurate information, such as order non-delivery or after-sales disputes.

Order Generation and Activation: After a user selects products, confirms their shipping address, payment method, and other information on the platform and submits their order, the system generates an order number, which is considered a purchase offer from the user. The platform will review the order within 30 minutes (reviewing product inventory, shipping address validity, and payment channel status). Once the review is approved and the user completes payment, the order officially becomes effective (i.e., a sales contract is established between the two parties). If the review finds that a product is out of stock, the price is incorrect, or the shipping address is outside the delivery range, the platform will notify the user via SMS or email within 1 hour. Payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 1-2 business days, and the order will be automatically cancelled.

Users can complete payment through the following methods, subject to the information displayed on the order settlement page: Third-party payment: WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, PayPal (international orders); Bank transfer: For bulk purchase orders, transfers can be made through the platform's provided corporate account. After the transfer, users need to contact customer service to upload transfer vouchers for confirmation. This platform is obligated to: ensure the accuracy and authenticity of product information, clearly indicate product materials, dimensions, weight, usage instructions, and any special clauses such as "no after-sales support" on the product details page, and refrain from exaggerated advertising; employ encryption technology and risk monitoring measures to protect user account information and payment security, preventing information leakage or theft; respond promptly to user inquiries and complaints, with a response time of 2 hours on weekdays and 24 hours on non-working days via customer service email (service@sporcos.com), and after-sales issues resolved within 7 working days at the latest; and comply with the "sporcos.com Privacy Policy" regarding the processing of user personal information, and will not illegally collect, use, or disclose user information to third parties (except as required by laws and regulations or with the user's consent).

User Obligations: Users are obligated to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as the platform's "Shopping Guide," "Privacy Policy," and other rules. Users are prohibited from using the platform for illegal or irregular activities such as fraudulent order placement, reselling goods, or spreading false information. Users must safeguard their account information (username, password, linked mobile phone/email) and not disclose it to others. If an account is stolen, users must immediately contact customer service to freeze it; any losses incurred due to failure to freeze the account in a timely manner will be borne by the user. Users must shop rationally, carefully reading product details (especially customization rules and size parameters) before placing an order to avoid disputes caused by their own negligence. Users must cooperate with the platform in handling after-sales issues, providing true and valid supporting documents, and refrain from fabricating facts or making malicious complaints.

The platform may modify these Terms and Conditions in accordance with updates to national laws and regulations, business adjustments, or technical upgrades. Modified terms and conditions will be published in the "Terms of Service" section on the platform's homepage for a period of no less than 7 days, and users will also be notified via their linked email address or SMS. If a user continues to use the service after the publication period, it will be considered as acceptance of the modified terms and conditions. If a user does not agree, they may stop using the service and apply to cancel their account.

If a user violates these terms (such as malicious order placement, misappropriation of another person's account, or provision of false information), this platform has the right to suspend or permanently terminate their account, freeze any outstanding funds (if any), and pursue corresponding legal responsibilities. In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters or policy adjustments) or termination of this platform's business, a notice will be posted on the homepage 30 days in advance. The platform will then process refunds of account balances and reissues for uncompleted orders to ensure that the user's legitimate rights and interests are not infringed.
